Hydro announced just over two months ago that its joint venture with foreign company, China Light and Power, would end because the two organisations had become competitors in the National Electricity Market.
Hydro Tasmania CEO, Roy Adair, says 10 of the joint venture's 36 workers have lost their jobs and the assets have now been divided up.
He says China Light and Power will retain the South Australian wind farms.
"The Tasmanian assets have gone to ourselves and we also have the Mussleroe wind development project and we have divided the development pipeline between us as well," he said.
